Newborn preemies more vocal with their parents
Fri Oct 21, 2011
Our child was born pre-term (26 weeks) in late summer 1987. She was very small (2 lbs 2 ounces) but my goodness she was a fighter. She had wonderful care in the NICU where she lived and grew until the time we brought her home. Her primary care nurse ALWAYS had a radio on, right beside her isolette.

Sun Jun 5, 2011
In watching parts of this trial, what has really jumped out at me is the meticulous, methodical presentation by Ms. Burdick. In comparison, Mr. Baez seems totally inadequate.
Should the White House release Osama bin Laden's death photos?

It's important. People who don't want to look can turn their heads.
Whee! The coolest Disney rides
Wed Apr 6, 2011
I love all things Disney. I even have Disney dishes and flatware. Drinking glasses, dish towels and linens too. I have been a Disney diehard fan for decades. However, I have to admit that their admission prices along with parking fees have gotten WAY out of hand.

Sorry, Karen. Expedition Everest is in Animal Kingdom. You are right though - it is an amazing ride.
Man guilty in machete killing, maiming
Fri Mar 25, 2011
I'm thinking of the child and the husband left behind. What a horrible memory to have in life. I hope they will attain some peace.
